Ordering & Customization


Do you offer personalized or custom items?
Yes! Most of our products are made to order and can be personalized with names, dates, wording, or design tweaks. If you have a custom idea that isn’t listed, please use our Custom Order form and we’ll be happy to help.

How do I place a custom order?
You can select personalization options directly on the product page (when available). For fully custom designs, visit our Custom Order page and provide details about what you’re looking for.

Will I see a proof before my order is made?
For most personalized items, we do not send proofs unless requested or unless the design requires clarification. If you would like a proof before production, please note this at checkout.

Can I make changes after placing my order?
Because our items are custom made, changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.


Production & Processing Time


How long does it take to make my order?
Our current processing time is typically 3–7 business days for most items. Larger, more detailed, or fully custom orders may take longer.

Do you offer rush orders?
Rush production may be available depending on our current workload. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.


Shipping & Delivery


Where do you ship from?
All items are handmade and shipped from Henderson, Nevada.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on the carrier and destination. Typical delivery times range from 2–7 business days after your order ships. All orders are shipped USPS Ground Mail, however we do use UPS from time to time. 

Do you guarantee delivery dates?
We do not guarantee delivery dates once an order has shipped, as carrier delays are outside our control. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability may vary. Please reach out to us by email as we will have to make a custom order for international orders. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.


Materials & Care


What materials do you use?
Unless otherwise stated in the listing, our wood products are made from 1/8 Baltic birch. Metal items are plasma-cut steel. Materials are clearly listed on each product page.

Are your items meant for outdoor use?
Some items are suitable for outdoor use, while others are intended for indoor decor only. Please review the product description or contact us if you’re unsure. Metal items unless raw, are okay outdoors. We however, do not have control over any rust or issues that may occur with the weather.

How should I care for my item?
Wood items should be kept dry and out of direct moisture. Clean gently with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Metal items may require occasional sealing or care depending on placement.

Returns, Cancellations & Issues


Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our products, personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  Non-personalized items may be eligible for return; please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Items must be returned unused within 7 business days of being delivered. Buyer is responsible for return postage.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with images attached.
