Refund policy

Because of the natural of our items we have a 2-day replacement policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item (based on scanned date of post office delivery) for a replacement. There are no returns on any personalized item! No exceptions.

We ask that if item arrived damaged, you reach out to us within the 2 business days once item is received. We ask that you save all packaging and items. We would require you to send us a photo of damaged items and hold on to it until we get the claims processed taken care of. In some cases, you may be required to take items to the post office for a postmaster to confirm damage. All items we ship out are insured, so for us to be able to get that claim processed, we would need your help.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Buyer will have 2 business days to contact us with any issues. We will not replace any items damaged after the 2 business days. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
