Shipping Policy
At La Paz Design Studio, every piece is handcrafted with care in our Henderson, NV studio. We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality.
Production Time:
Most personalized and custom orders ship within 7–10 business days. Metal or powder-coated items may take up to 3-4 weeks, they would be shipped with insurance and signature delivery.
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and destination. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight and location.
Local Pickup:
If you're located in Henderson or the Las Vegas area, local pickup may be available. Please contact us before placing your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.
However, we want you to love your order! If there is an issue with your item (e.g., it arrived damaged or with an error on our part), please contact us within 3 days of delivery at connect@lapazdesignstudio.com, and we’ll make it right.
Non-Custom Items:
Eligible non-personalized products may be returned within 3 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Save the packaging and take photos of the item and box
- Contact us immediately with the images so we can file a claim and offer a replacement
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your order:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office
- Contact us for help resolving the issue
